Get some sparklers and plan ahead with what you want to write out with them. Make sure that everyone involved in the picture writes their letter or number backwards, kind of like a mirror reflection effect.
Adjust your shutter speeds accordingly and have everyone write out their letters/numbers backwards as quickly as they can. The picture will come out like the one above.
I love messing with shutter speeds and lighting because you never know what you’re going to get. You can plan for what you want, but it will always come out a little different than you expect. It’s unique, fun to do and see, and brings that much more spark (no pun intended) into your big day!
