Planning a winter wedding? Trying to come up with some simple and unique decoration ideas? Well, look no further because here they are…
Let’s start with the ceremony space by lining the aisle with candles in a variety of ways. Try floating candles in clear, water filled, cylinder glass or line the bottom of mason jars with epsom salt for a snowy look. How about a simple white candle inside a lantern? Or have them perched on stacked wood for a nice rustic feel. Stacked wood and candles or multiple strands of white lights can be a beautiful backdrops at the altar as well. Those are just a few of many ideas to get started. Let’s move on to the receptions space, shall we?
There are an abundance of winter wedding reception decorations, so I have just picked out a few of my favs to share with you today. Use blue uplighting for a cool wintery feel and accent with ice cycle center pieces. Silver ornaments are a nice touch as well for any table and one can never go wrong with silver glitter. It can be used on place cards, table numbers, menu cards, etc. Projecting snowflakes on the walls or dance floor is a pretty awesome idea that can be incorporated with the blue uplighting as well. There are so many rad ideas out there to choose from that it was difficult to keep this short and sweet, but I hope it at least helps in getting you started. 🙂
